LifeCity has established a partnership with the Consortium “Terra dei Principi Imperiali”, for the promotion of agri-food and food and wine excellence<\/strong> of products from the homonymous territory, corresponding with a particularly suitable area, located in the south-east of Italy, in the province of Brindisi.<\/p>\n

The products will be certified with the Quality Mark “Terra dei Principi Imperiali”<\/strong>,promoted by the consortium with the aim ofdefending and enhancing these productions, also at international level, ensuring quality and excellence for the consumer, in compliance with special protocols deposited with the Ministry of Economic Development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The project leader is Dr. Francesco Fullone<\/strong>, business manager and general manager of the Imperial Academy. The Academy has been pursuing a project to promote the Mediterranean diet<\/strong> for some years now, which took its first steps in the 1700s from Oria (province of Brindisi), with the great cook Vincenzo Corrado.
\nIn the Academic Council, based in Rome, as Deputy Secretary General, dr. Pasquale Maroni<\/strong>, senior executive manager expert in the management of a Business Unit of IT and Professional Services, with direct responsibility sales and marketing, product development and associated professional services.<\/p>\n

All this design and the professionalism associated with it will be at the service of the development of the LifeCity masterplan. The business model will be based on the agri-food and food and wine proposal of Italian excellence, favoring products at Km0 and organic, both with direct sale and tasting and within professional haute cuisine training courses, held by michelin-starred chefs. In non-European projects, the project will complement the reinterpretation and enhancement of local products and recipes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
