A large LifeCity building complex will be dedicated to social and health and administrative services. In its entirety will be hosted an Emergency Room, with attached helipad, a clinic, an analysis center for food safety, a Social-Welfare Residence for neurodegenerative diseases, including places for rehabilitation, and part intended for nursery and kindergarten. In the compound there will also be a museum of provincial interest and an office for the promotion of local tourism.
