The first Italian project called LifeCity Parco degli Ulivi will be that of San Pancrazio Salentino, in the province of Brindisi. It is an agricultural town, in which the LifeCity model will stimulate the development of km0 induced and will serve a considerable catchment area, coinciding with the area of northern Salento.
Spread over 50 hectares and nestled in an enchanting landscape, the district will rise in the vicinity of State Road 7 Ter Taranto-Lecce and will be a real multifunctional citadel, serving the territory.
